Personnel Selection Manager

You will actively search for and attract pharmacists and pharmacist assistants (pharmacy assistants).
You will organize and carry out the entire selection process - from searching for candidates, conducting interviews to providing feedback to candidates and managers.
You will analyze labor market trends and apply effective employee attraction measures.
You will take care of candidate search channels and administration of the candidate database.
You will work on the principle of mobile work organization.

Higher university education.
At least 2 years of experience in active recruitment and selection or sales.
Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships, collaborate effectively and achieve set results.
Organization, quick orientation and good time planning skills.
Good computer skills.
Category B driver's license and the ability to travel around Lithuania.
