Your future activities:
- Organize and conduct selections for production staff.
- Actively search for candidates through various channels (advertising platforms, social networks, contact network, etc.).
- Constantly communicate with potential candidates from EU and non-EU countries.
- Perform initial assessment and selection of candidates according to position requirements.
- Collaborate with existing and new subcontractors.
- Communicate with managers regarding employee needs and coordinate the selection process.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the selection process.
- Monitor labor market trends and provide suggestions for improving candidate search.
We hope you:
- Fluent in English and Russian (additional languages are an advantage).
- Experience in personnel selection, and experience in the field of production, technical specialists or international projects would be a great advantage.
- You are quick to orient yourself and are meticulous and attentive to details.
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You are able to effectively plan your work, manage multiple selections at the same time and respond quickly to changing needs.
- You are characterized by good communication and negotiation skills and are result-oriented.
