Job purpose: management of search and selection projects in the group's companies.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and distribution of approved recruitment advertisements through various channels;
• Initial interviews with candidates, planning information and actions and providing feedback;
• Tracking the progress of recruitment projects, preparing and presenting reports;
• Preparation of documents for newly hired employees;
• Participation in the development of personnel management processes, in the department's planned and implemented initiatives.
