For our unique projects in Scandinavia, Western Europe and Lithuania, we are constantly looking for professionals in technical fields – welders, pipe and structure installers, work and project managers and other specialists.

Your responsibilities:
🔎 You will actively search for and attract candidates in Lithuania and abroad - in databases, social networks, professional communities, through recommendations, partners and other channels. You will not only wait for CVs - you will search, write, call and make the first contact yourself.
👥 You will manage the entire selection process - from employee needs analysis and search strategy to interviews, candidate assessment, proposal submission and transfer for employment.
💬 You will communicate with candidates and build long-term relationships - it is important for us not only to find a person for today's project, but also to get to know their experience, professional goals and opportunities in the future.
🌍 You will have the opportunity to participate in employee practical skills assessments and certifications in Lithuania and abroad - you will contribute to the organization of candidates, communication and coordination of the entire process.
🎯 You will contribute to employees' professional journey and career planning - you will help identify employees' potential, competencies and opportunities to grow and move to other roles or projects.
🎓 You will contribute to training and competency development – from identifying training needs to internal and external training, professional development and qualification improvement initiatives.
📣 You will create candidate attraction campaigns – job advertisements, social media communication, referral initiatives and other creative ways to reach the specialists we are looking for.
🤝 You will represent OSS at career fairs, educational institutions and other events – you will present our projects, professional opportunities and build relationships with potential candidates and partners.
🚀 You will contribute to the journey of new employees at OSS – from the first contact during the selection to smooth preparation for work and integration into the team.
📊 You will monitor the labor market and selection results – we will analyze what works, where we find the best candidates, why they choose us or another employer and what we can do better.
💡 You will have space for your HR ideas - if you see a better candidate search channel, training initiative, event, or other way to strengthen our People team - we want to hear about it.

We hope that:
- have a desire to work with people, communicate and love working in the People field.
- have at least 2 years of experience in the field of employee search and selection.
- understand that a good candidate does not always send a CV himself - sometimes you need to find him and interest him.
- are not afraid of the phone and easily make the first contact.
- are able to independently organize work and manage several selections at the same time.
- are persistent - if one search method does not work, you look for another.
- are able to assess the candidate's experience, motivation and expectations.
- know how to communicate clearly and build a professional relationship with both the candidate and the manager.
- speak and write well in Lithuanian and English; knowledge of Russian would be a great advantage.
- experience in searching for employees in production, engineering or technical fields is a great advantage.
