Nature of work:
- Organization and implementation of the search and selection of production and administrative personnel.
- Searching for ways to attract candidates, selecting search channels, improving the process.
- Placing and administering advertisements on online portals and social networks.
- Providing job offers to selected candidates and organizing employment.
- Close cooperation with managers and colleagues to achieve a common result.
- Recording, analyzing and providing insights into indicators related to the attraction and selection of employees.
- Participating in other HR department processes, personnel document administration.
Requirements:
- Experience in employee search and selection processes is desirable (a big advantage in a large company or recruitment agency).
- Higher education.
- Very good communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office package).
- Initiative, ability to plan your time and work effectively, responsibility, information flow management.
