Personnel Selection Manager (s)

Active attraction of professional drivers: searching for new candidates, establishing contacts and testing various search channels in order to interest candidates in job opportunities in the company;
Creation and publication of job advertisements and content relevant to drivers on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), active participation in driver groups and communities;
Communication with potential candidates on social networks, prompt response to messages and comments and search for new ways to reach the driver audience;
Analysis of the labor market and driver expectations, search for new attraction opportunities and proposal and implementation of specific initiatives;
Cooperation with foreign driver search and employment agencies, search for new partners and development of long-term relationships;
Organization of driver selections and conducting job interviews, assessment of candidates' experience and suitability and presentation of working conditions;
Administration of candidate and selection data, ensuring accuracy of information and smooth selection process;
Constant communication with current and prospective company drivers, clarifying their expectations and collecting feedback, providing suggestions on how to improve the recruitment experience and attract more candidates.

At least 2 years of experience in the field of driver search and selection, working with third-country nationals;
Ability to actively search for candidates, establish contact and interest them in job opportunities in the company;
Experience in using social networks to search for candidates, advertise job advertisements and communicate with potential employees;
Good knowledge of Russian and English and the ability to communicate fluently in writing and orally;
Independence in planning work, setting priorities and achieving agreed results;
Initiative, creativity and courage to try new ways of attracting drivers;
Attentiveness, responsibility and ability to work in a team;
Good computer skills;
Driver's license.
