WE WILL TRUST YOU:
- Hoptrans Group of Companies Administration staff search and selection process implementation: drawing up a plan, searching and selecting suitable candidates, organizing interviews and conducting them professionally;
- Search for innovative methods, channels and tools for selecting and attracting candidates and take care of their application in our group of companies;
- Professionally form, accumulate and administer the internal candidate database;
- Coordinate and administer the entire selection cycle, creating the best candidate experience and providing feedback.
You will also contribute to the supervision of the introduction and adaptation process of new team members, identify and plan internal career opportunities for existing employees, communicating directly with department and division managers, providing them with feedback on personnel changes and selection issues.
WE WILL GIVE PRIORITY TO YOU IF:
- You have similar experience in the field of employee search and selection project management, you are familiar with candidate suitability assessment tools, their application and use;
- You understand that in order to find the best candidates, advertising alone is not enough, therefore you know and use innovative personnel search methods;
- You are distinguished by excellently developed communication skills, you are positive, proactive, energetic and easy to communicate with;
- You are professionally interested in the labor market, good selection practices, you are able to react quickly, always finding the most effective solutions, maintaining high standards of professional ethics;
- You understand that value at work can only be created through mutual trust, respect and the ability to take responsibility.
