Tasks waiting for you:
We will organize an active search and selection of employees together to find the best candidates;
We will create and host interesting job postings to attract talent;
We will assess the competences of candidates and employees, we will help determine training needs;
We will keep in touch with candidates and our team members;
We will monitor the labor market, analyze the situation and provide reports.

We expect TU to:
At least 1 year of experience in personnel selection;
Excellent knowledge of English;
Ability to respond flexibly to non-standard and rapidly changing situations;
Ability to work independently, take responsibility and not be afraid to ask questions when questions arise;
Willingness to learn, improve and grow with the team.
