Supervision of the selection process - communication with candidates, conducting interviews, preparing proposals, systematizing information
Coordination of the recruitment process - document administration, signing contracts, registration for training
Collaboration with colleagues on employee needs, attraction, selection, training, employment, etc. issues
Operation improvement - labor market analysis, search for new channels, streamlining processes and providing proposals

EXPERIENCE IN PERSONNEL SELECTION OR ADMINISTRATION.
