What will you do in this position?
- You will find, invite and select international long-distance drivers (including candidates from third countries);
- You will manage the entire selection process - from the first "Hello!" to successful employment;
- You will create job advertisements and actively communicate with candidates by phone, e-mail and social networks;
- You will contribute to strengthening the employer's image on social media;
- You will oversee personnel documents until employment;
- You will provide reports, insights and suggestions to management to make selection processes even more efficient.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in personnel selection (driver selection is a big advantage);
- Excellent communication skills – the ability not only to listen, but also to interest;
- Fluency in English and Russian;
- Knowledge of third-party employee recruitment processes in Lithuania;
- Ability to work with basic IT tools;
- Organizational thinking, independence and responsibility.
