NATURE OF WORK:
Implementation of personnel search and selection projects (from identifying needs to submitting a job offer)
Direct search for candidates on job portals, social networks, databases, etc.
Competency assessment, conducting interviews and checking candidate recommendations.
Cooperation with managers in determining selection criteria

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:
Higher or higher education (in human resources management, psychology, management or similar field) (advantage)
Ability to communicate fluently in Russian and English
Ability to independently plan time and manage several selection projects simultaneously
Good computer skills (MS Office or Microsoft Office suite)
Communicative, responsible, confidentiality, result-oriented, good negotiation skills and ability to work in a team
