NATURE OF WORK:
- Implementation of personnel search and selection projects (from identifying needs to submitting a job offer).
- Searching for candidates on job portals, social networks, databases, etc.
- Filling in/extending documents for third-party employees – Migration (MIGRIS).
- CV analysis and initial phone/remote/face-to-face interviews.
- Competence assessment, conducting interviews and checking candidate recommendations.
- Collaboration with managers in determining selection criteria.
- Preparation and publication of job advertisements.
- Administration of selections, maintenance of candidate database.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager related to employee documentation.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:
- Higher or higher education (in human resources management, psychology, management or similar field) (advantage).
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in the field of personnel selection (advantage).
- Ability to independently plan time and manage several selection projects simultaneously.
- Good computer skills (MS Office or Microsoft Office package).
- Communicative skills, responsibility, confidentiality, result-oriented, good negotiation skills and ability to work in a team.
- Good clerical skills.
- Knowledge of foreign languages (Russian, English - very good, knowledge of other languages - a great advantage).

- Salary up to 1500 Eur "IN HAND" (Salary will depend on: qualifications, work experience).

- Working hours I-IV 8:00-17:00; V 8:00-16:00.
