Personnel Selection Manager (s)

Organization and implementation of the full personnel selection process - from publishing the advertisement to submitting the offer to the candidate
Search for candidates through various channels (job posting platforms, social networks, direct search)
Conducting initial telephone and in-person interviews, assessing candidates according to the needs of the departments
Close cooperation with department managers in determining selection criteria
Coordination of the onboarding process of new employees
Managing personnel selection documentation
Strengthening the company's image as an attractive employer
Labor market monitoring and analysis of selection results

You have experience in personnel selection (at least 5 years)
You are able to independently organize your work and manage several selection processes simultaneously
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You are result-oriented, able to work at a fast pace
You are familiar with modern selection tools
Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage
