Personnel - Office Administrator in Babtai

Full-time
Nature of work
- Preparation and administration of personnel documents;
- Reception of new employees. Formalization of dismissal of outgoing employees;
- Preparation of letters, certificates, other documents required for employees;
- Archiving of personnel documents;
- Work with the document management system;
- Assistance in preparing internal procedures;
- Data collection, preparation of reports;
- Replacement of the office administrator / assistance to the office administrator:
Information dissemination and communication with company employees;
Welcoming and receiving guests;
Responsibility for the presentation of visual information in the office;
Coordination of meetings and hall occupancy;
Cooperation between the team and other companies providing services (catering, etc.);
Handling correspondence;
Assistance in organizing events.
Employee requirements
- Higher/college education;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Similar work experience of at least 1 year;
- Good computer skills ("MS Office");
- English language skills (at least B1 level);
- Knowledge of document preparation and business etiquette;
- Very good communication skills, diplomacy, quick orientation, ability to plan working time and set priorities;
- Driver's license.
