🚩 We are looking for a specialist to search and select drivers from third countries (EN language). The work is like detective work :)
Task: find + select / evaluate + organize * long-distance drivers (foreigners) employment in a carrier company in Lithuania.

✔️are currently working / or have worked in a similar job;
✔️have reliable information about good candidates' "gathering" :) places abroad;
✔️know how to use various legal means in finding, selecting / evaluating candidates;
✔️cooperate with "friends" of a similar profession in foreign countries;
✔️have legal methods, patience and endurance to achieve the set goal;
✔️have a super sense of smell and a special flair for finding + selecting / evaluating drivers;
✔️communicate in English.
