Personnel documents specialist

Personnel document administration: admission, dismissal, change of employment contracts, vacation, etc.;
Implementation and control of LLG extension of third-country nationals working in the company (submission of applications in the MIGRIS information system, reservation of visits for LLG submission and collection);
Entry of employee data into the personnel management program;
Administration of medical examinations.

Higher or higher education;
Very good computer skills;
Attentiveness, responsibility, ability and desire to communicate and help colleagues;
Ability to independently plan and organize work;
Ability to respond flexibly to non-standard and rapidly changing situations;
Knowledge of Russian and English is REQUIRED (oral and written).
