Head of Personnel and Administration

Manpower’s client is a group of companies that has been operating for more than 30 years, providing construction and installation services in international projects. The organization specializes in the installation of metal and reinforced concrete structures, concreting, assembly of wall and roof structures and participates in the construction of various purposes.

Over the years of operation, the company has accumulated significant experience in managing international projects, coordinating mobile teams of workers and ensuring high standards of quality and safety of work. Today, the organization focuses on the development of construction services and the development of long-term partnerships in the Scandinavian markets.

Main tasks

• Take over the development of the personnel and administration function and create a clear, sustainable system for its operation;
• Assess the current situation, identify gaps in processes, responsibilities and competencies;
• Create and implement clear processes for employee selection, adaptation, rotation and exit;
• Form a strong administration team and ensure a clear distribution of functions;
• Become a key partner for managers on personnel and organizational issues;
• Ensure compliance with labor law, personnel administration and internal control requirements;
• Analyze personnel indicators, employee turnover and make proposals to increase the organization's efficiency;
• Create processes that would help the organization grow more smoothly, reduce risks and dependence on the knowledge of individual people.

What do we expect from you?

• Have experience in personnel management in a company operating in foreign projects;
• Know the main personnel management processes: selection, employee adaptation, performance evaluation, personnel administration and labor law requirements;
• Are able to independently analyze the situation, identify process gaps and initiate necessary changes;
• Are organized, able to create order, standardize processes and ensure their compliance;
• Have at least intermediate knowledge of English;
• You are proactive, result-oriented and not afraid to take responsibility for implementing changes;
• You are characterized by independence, honesty, loyalty and orientation to high quality standards.

We will consider the following as an advantage:

• Experience working with Scandinavian markets;
• Knowledge of Russian.
