Dekkproff AS is a tire fitting and service network in Norway, operating in 19 locations. We are growing, so we are looking for a responsible, fast and thorough person to help manage personnel administration, onboarding and timekeeping processes.
Main responsibilities:
This is a multifunctional position for someone who likes order, communicates well and is able to manage many different tasks at the same time.

- preparation, verification and administration of employment contracts
- data entry and control in systems
- onboarding coordination
- assistance in coordinating Tax Office processes
- administration of work schedules, timesheets and salary preparation
- initial selection of candidates
- execution of reports and other administrative tasks
- contribution to the improvement of HR, onboarding and administration processes
What to expect:
- diligence, responsibility and good organizational skills
- ability to work at a fast pace and with several tasks at the same time
- good Microsoft Office / Excel / Google Sheets skills
- good communication skills
Necessary:
- English
- Russian
These languages are required for daily communication with an international team of employees.

Salary:
from 1,200 to 2,000 EUR per month, depending on experience, competencies and possible level of responsibilities.
We are also considering a part-time option if the candidate could take over and qualitatively close specific areas of responsibility.
