Secure printing house "Lodvila" invites someone who is interested not only in personnel management, but also in document administration, process coordination and public procurement to join its team.
This is a position in two equivalent areas, in which personnel management and public procurement coordination will account for approximately 50% of working time.

Nature of work
PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
- You will organize and carry out employee search and selection;
- You will administer employee employment, training and other personnel documents;
- You will administer vacations, business trips and other employee-related processes;
- You will supervise employee occupational safety and health documentation and its control, in cooperation with the service provider;
- You will organize events and initiatives for employees;
- You will monitor public procurement announcements and select procurements relevant to the company;
- You will prepare and administer public procurement documentation;
We hope you:
- You have a higher education in law, personnel management, management or a similar field;
- You have at least 2 years of work experience in the field of personnel management;
- You are meticulous, responsible, organized and result-oriented;
- You are able to manage different tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines;
- You like documents, order and process management;
- You are able to make decisions independently and take responsibility;
