- You will prepare and administer job postings.
- You will select CVs and conduct initial interviews.
- You will organize selections together with managers.
- You will use LinkedIn to search for candidates.
- You will look for not only active job seekers, but also passive candidates.
- You will build a candidate database.
- You will analyze which selection channels give the best results.
- You will help create attractive job postings.
- You will oversee Furnitano's communication on LinkedIn as an employer.
- You will initiate employee stories, photo and short video content.
- You will look for new ways to attract stronger candidates.
- You will be able to create and improve the employee search system.
- You will work directly with the company's management.
- You will be able to combine selections, LinkedIn communication and analytics.
- You will see the real result of your work - from the search for a candidate to his success in the company.
- You will monitor the results of employees.
What do we expect from you
- have experience in employee selection.
