We are looking for an active, proactive and communicative HR and Recruitment Manager to join our team, who would take care of the recruitment, selection and employment processes. We are looking for someone who is able to independently organize their work, easily establish contact with people and responsibly manage personnel documentation.
Nature of work
- Active search and recruitment of employees through various channels;
- Preparation, publication and administration of job advertisements on job search portals and social networks;
- Communication with candidates, organization of preliminary selections and job interviews;
- Evaluation of candidates, presentation of job offers and coordination of the selection process;
- Preparation of employment contracts, their amendments and other documents related to the hiring and dismissal of employees;
- Administration of personnel documentation, employee data and registers;
- Daily communication with employees, provision of information and resolution of issues that arise.
Employee requirements
- Experience in the field of employee search, selection or personnel administration;
- Ability to independently organize candidate search and selection processes;
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Initiative, responsibility and ability to plan one's work;
- Diligence and attention to detail when working with documents;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Knowledge of the basics of labor law is an advantage;
- Knowledge of English and/or Russian is an advantage.
