PERSONNEL AND OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

In the area of personnel:

• you will assist the personnel manager in daily work;
• you will administer employee documents and personal files;
• you will prepare requests, orders, certificates and other personnel documents;
• you will enter and update employee data;
• you will help organize employee selections and job interviews;
• you will help organize the hiring process of new employees;
• you will perform other tasks related to personnel administration.

In the area of office administration:

• you will ensure smooth daily office work;
• you will organize and systematize documents;
• you will administer correspondence;
• you will perform other administrative tasks.

• You are responsible, meticulous and organized.
• You are able to independently plan work and meet deadlines.
• You like order and work carefully with documents.
• You are sociable and are not afraid to communicate with people.
• You are able to protect confidential information.
• You have a desire to learn and improve.
• Similar work experience would be an advantage, but the most important thing is a responsible attitude and a desire to work.

LANGUAGES

• English is a must. You will need to communicate in writing and orally at work, so it is important to be able to communicate freely in everyday work situations.
• Russian is an advantage.

1850-2650 €/mon. gross
Salary will depend on the candidate’s work experience and performance
and will be more widely discussed and agreed in negotiations with the chosen one
during the candidate.
