Nature of work
- Office administration: ensure smooth office work – manage calls, organize the distribution and sending of correspondence, prepare letters, orders and other documents, provide the office with the necessary equipment, take care of the organization of receiving guests, the operation of office equipment, maintain an orderly and comfortable working environment;
- Personnel administration: contribute to the implementation of the company's personnel management processes, administering information related to employment relations in accordance with the established procedure;
- Administrative and organizational assistance to managers and colleagues in daily work processes.
Employee requirements
- Have excellent communication, work organization and coordination skills.
- You speak and write well in English. (Russian is an advantage)
- You are a computer literacy guru.
- You are helpful, flexible, responsible, caring.
- You have professional experience in the field of personnel administration (an advantage).
