We are looking for a new team member for a long-standing manufacturing company specializing in the design, manufacture and installation of stairs and other structures made of wood, metal, glass and concrete.
The majority of the company's exports are projects in Scandinavian countries, where projects are implemented in various public facilities - offices, shopping centers, hotels, cinemas or catering establishments, as well as private residential facilities.

What will you do in the company? You will be responsible for:

PERSONNEL AND OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
What will you do in the company? You will be responsible for:
- administration of personnel (about 100 employees) documents: preparation of orders (business trips, vacations, admissions, dismissals, mother's/father's days), employment and employment procedures, medical certificates, issuance of A1 certificates, etc.;
- search for new employees;
- company documentation: company operating orders, authorizations, contracts;
- ensuring internal communication and distribution of correspondence;
- providing the office with work tools, cooperation with service/goods suppliers;
- fleet accounting (fuel cards, insurance, etc. related to company transport);
- company events;
- assistance to the director in administrative matters.
We invite to the team:
- has experience in both personnel and office administration (if that experience is gained in a manufacturing/exporting company - a great advantage);
- someone who is not afraid of versatile work - from preparing a regular document to organizing an event;
- friendly, proactive, and able to work in a team;
- speaks English (for working with partners and clients);
- receptive to new information and likes dynamics and variety at work.
