Nature of work
If you like to organize, communicate and coordinate various activities, we invite you to join our team! In this position, you will be responsible for smooth office operations, coordination of administrative processes, organization of employee training and company events, and creation of a cozy working environment.
What will you do?
You will ensure smooth daily office operations;
You will meet clients, partners and guests;
You will administer documents, correspondence and calls;
You will coordinate administrative processes and take care of office supplies;
You will organize employee training, internal events and company holidays;
You will contribute to personnel administration and search for new employees;
You will assist the manager and colleagues with administrative issues;
You will take care of internal communication and creation of a positive working environment.

Requirements for candidates
You have a higher education;
You work well with MS Office programs;
You speak Lithuanian fluently, English is an advantage (Russian would also be an advantage);
You are responsible, organized, proactive and like to communicate;
You are able to plan, coordinate several tasks at the same time and work both independently and in a team;
Similar work experience is an advantage, but most importantly - motivation to learn and grow.
You work well with MS Office programs;
