What will be your main responsibilities?
- Office maintenance and organization of office activities (providing necessary stationery, hygiene products, organization and control of presentation equipment);
- Organization of purchases from Lithuanian suppliers;
- Preparation, administration and management of company documentation (contracts, orders, powers of attorney, letters, certificates, etc.);
- Maintenance and administration of the document management system BSS;
- Administration of personnel modules in the Odoo system (employee cards, working time accounting);
- Management of personnel documentation (employment contracts, requests, internal procedures, function tables, etc.);
- Cooperation with the occupational safety company and administration of occupational safety-related documentation, organization of training, organization of periodic employee health checks;
- Coordination of onboarding and adaptation processes for new employees;
- Organization of the personnel selection process (needs assessment, preparation of advertisements, CV selection, initial interviews);
- Organization of employee opinion surveys and communication of results;
- Formation and nurturing of organizational culture;
- Organization of company events and initiatives;
- Coordination of internal communication channels (communication plan, newsletters).

- Have experience in administration and/or personnel;
- Able to independently plan work and manage multiple tasks at the same time;
- You are organized, responsible and communicative;
- Have good skills in working with documents and systems;
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
