WHAT WILL YOU DO?:
- In the area of personnel, you will help integrate new employees – both local and those coming from abroad.
- You will meet new employees: assign entrances, technical cards, lockers, work clothes
- You will help foreign employees settle in - from opening a bank account to declaring their place of residence
- You will coordinate the issuance, return and accounting of work clothes in several branches
- You will help prepare the necessary documents
You will be the right hand in the field of employee safety:
- You will manage the filling out of medical books and training documents
- You will collect and administer data on forklifts and other certificates
- You will help organize periodic briefings and monitor their implementation.
