Nature of work:
- Consult (provide insights, recommendations) to managers on issues of employee management, motivation, development and team building.
- Ensure smooth implementation of personnel management processes in the organization.
- Create and improve employee performance evaluation, development, adaptation and career planning processes.
- Strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement and internal communication.
- Investigate employee and customer complaints, communicate and prepare responses to them.
- Investigate conflict situations and provide recommendations for solutions.
- Coordinate and supervise service quality assurance processes.
- Develop and update internal procedures, procedures and policies.
- Contribute to employer image formation and employee attraction initiatives.
- Cooperate with department heads to ensure effective teamwork and implementation of organizational goals.
- Lead organizational changes and ensure their smooth implementation.
Employee requirements:
- Higher university education (in human resources, law, management, communication or similar field).
- At least 3 years of managerial work experience.
- Knowledge of personnel management processes and labor law.
- Ability to consult managers, solve complex situations and strengthen team cooperation.
- Experience in creating or improving organizational processes, employee development and performance evaluation systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational and priority management skills.
- Initiative, responsibility, people and result orientation.
- Legal knowledge (advantage).
- Driver's license.
