What kind of work awaits you?
- ensure smooth communication with employees and help them solve everyday issues
- administer employee employment relations documentation
- organize employee business trips to European Union countries
- administer business trip documents
- coordinate the preparation of work permits, registrations and other mandatory documents for projects
- coordinate employee accommodation, travel tickets, transport and other logistics issues
- coordinate employees' departure to projects and their return
- resolve daily organizational issues and ensure smooth information flow between employees, clients and company departments
- contribute to smooth project administration and documentation management
Expectations for you:
- has work experience in personnel coordination, administration or customer service
- is able to work effectively both independently and in a team
- has good organizational, planning and communication skills and is able to set work priorities
- has good knowledge of Russian and English (at least B1 level) – a must
- works well with Microsoft Office programs
- is a sociable, proactive, responsible and result-oriented team member
