What kind of work awaits you?
- ensure smooth communication with employees (long-distance drivers) and help them solve their daily issues
- organize employee business trips to European Union countries
- coordinate departure, return, vacation deadlines
- administer business trip documents, tools, equipment
- coordinate employee accommodation at the base
- conduct employee briefing before the business trip
- conduct newcomer briefing
- analyze and control data related to business trips and the means used by employees
- resolve daily organizational issues and ensure smooth information flow between drivers and office employees
- contribute to smooth business trip administration and documentation management
- enter new vehicle documents into the company's software systems and maintain them
Expectations for you:
- has work experience in personnel coordination, administration or customer service
- experience working with long-distance drivers or in the transport/logistics field is preferred
- can work effectively both independently and in a team
- has good organizational, planning and communication skills and is able to set work priorities
- has good knowledge of Russian and English (at least B1 level) - a must
- works well with Microsoft Office programs
- is communicative, proactive, responsible and result-oriented
Advantages if:
- you are able to speak German or French
- you have worked with administration programs used in transport companies, experience with FleetMaster is a great advantage
