PERSONNEL AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

As the business grows, we are looking for a Human Resources and Organizational Development Manager who would help shape the organization, strengthen leadership, attract talent and create an environment where people want to work, grow and achieve common goals.

In this position, you will be responsible for HR strategy, organizational development and culture strengthening. Your goal is to help create an organization with strong people who clearly understand their goals and responsibilities.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a HR and organizational development strategy.
• Consult the CEO and management team on people management, leadership and organizational development issues.
• Develop and improve employee selection, induction, adaptation and retention processes.
• Strengthen the employer image and help attract the best talents.
• Create employee performance assessment, motivation, competency development and career growth systems.
• Analyze employee turnover, engagement, performance indicators and provide suggestions for their improvement.
• Help managers form strong, motivated and effectively operating teams.
• Create an organizational culture based on responsibility, trust, respect and cooperation.
• Initiate and implement organizational changes that increase employee engagement and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance of personnel processes with labor law requirements and best practices.
• Improve HR processes, implement new tools and seek more effective solutions.
• Contribute to the implementation of the organization's long-term growth strategy.

We hope that you:

• Have at least 3 years of work experience in personnel management, organizational development or HR.
• Have experience in creating or improving personnel processes and implementing organizational changes.
• Know labor law and modern personnel management principles.
• Are able to create a personnel strategy and ensure its implementation.
• Have experience in employee selection, adaptation, performance evaluation, motivation and talent development.
• Are able to analyze data, make reasoned decisions and propose solutions that create value for the business.
• Are proactive, responsible, systematic and result-oriented.
• Know how to inspire people, build trust-based relationships and cooperate with managers from different areas.
• You are not afraid to take responsibility, make decisions and express your opinion constructively.
• You communicate well in Lithuanian and English.

Experience in transport, logistics or fast-growing organizations would be a great advantage.
