Over the past year, we have built a strong HR team and ensured smooth personnel processes. Our next step is long-term personnel development. Therefore, we are looking for a Human Resources and Development Manager who will shape the personnel strategy, ensure timely staffing of projects, and develop new directions for personnel development.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To form a long-term employee attraction strategy, ensuring the availability of the necessary competencies and workforce for the growing group of companies.
- To analyze labor markets, identify the most promising directions of employee attraction and partnerships.
- To manage the personnel department, ensuring the achievement of HR performance results and key KPIs and timely provision of projects with the necessary employees.
- To participate in the establishment and development projects of new AVS group companies in Lithuania and abroad.
Development of the AVS training center:
- To form a long-term strategy and operating model of the AVS training center.
- To create an employee education system, improve internal training programs and organize professional development.
- To implement a model for training new specialists according to the needs of the company's competencies.
Strategic HR analytics:
- To analyze labor markets, employee availability, labor costs and the competitive environment in Lithuania and abroad.
- To identify promising employee attraction markets, partnerships and development opportunities.
- Prepare analytical insights and recommendations for management regarding employee attraction strategy and personnel development directions.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have a higher education.
- You have accumulated at least 3 years of experience in the field of personnel management, personnel strategy or organizational development.
- You are able to think strategically, analyze data and make informed decisions.
- You have experience in implementing organizational changes and strategic HR projects.
- You speak English well.
