Human Resources and Development Manager

Over the past year, we have built a strong HR team and ensured smooth personnel processes. Our next step is long-term personnel and organizational development. Therefore, we are looking for a Human Resources Development Manager who will help shape the personnel strategy, initiate development projects and contribute to the further growth of the group of companies.

Organization and personnel development:

• Form a long-term employee attraction strategy that ensures the availability of the necessary competencies and workforce for the growing group of companies
• Analyze labor markets, identify the most promising employee attraction directions and partnerships
• Ensure long-term employee demand planning and timely provision of projects with the necessary human resources
• Form and analyze personnel activity KPIs, providing recommendations for improving activity efficiency
• Participate in new AVS group companies' establishment and activity development projects in Lithuania and abroad.

AVS training center development:

• Form a long-term AVS training center development strategy
• Create a training center's activity model, employee education system and competency development directions
• Improve internal training programs and organize employee qualification development
• Create and develop a model for training and adaptation of new specialists.

Strategic HR Analytics:

• Analyze labor market trends, employee availability and labor costs in Lithuania and abroad
• Evaluate new recruitment markets, partnerships and development opportunities
• Prepare analytical insights and recommendations for management regarding recruitment strategy and organizational development.

• You have a higher education
• You have at least 3 years of experience in organizational development, personnel strategy, business development or project management
• You are able to think strategically, analyze data and make data-based decisions
• You have experience in managing changes and coordinating complex projects
• You speak English well.
