PERSONNEL AND PROJECT COORDINATOR

We are looking for a strong and versatile team player who would grow with the company and contribute to the entire staffing project from A to Z.

The work will include searching and selecting employees, communicating with clients and employees, preparing documents, administering timesheets and salary data, organizing accommodation and transportation, controlling work procedures and legal requirements in Lithuania and Germany, solving daily problems and other project-related tasks.

Periodic business trips to Germany - for project launch, staff coordination and meetings with clients.

We are looking for someone who is not afraid of various tasks, is able to make independent decisions and wants to grow with a rapidly developing company.

Responsibility, diligence and the ability to independently organize work;

Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and projects simultaneously;

Initiative and an “I see a problem – I look for a solution” approach;

Good skills in working with Excel, Google Sheets, Word and other office programs;

Ability to communicate professionally with employees, clients and partners;

Ability to independently search, understand and practically apply the requirements of Lithuanian and German labor law;

Experience in personnel administration, employee hiring, secondment or project coordination.

Knowledge of German.

Willingness to learn, take responsibility and grow with the company.

Salary 1,500–1,800 € in hand, depending on experience and competencies;

After the probationary period – salary review and additional bonuses for results;
