Ensure the implementation of the selection strategy for key positions in Lithuania and abroad, aiming at the efficiency of selections and the use of the most appropriate selection channels and partners;
Ensure the functioning of the administrative functions of the personnel and legal departments, directly supporting the strategic goals of the organization;
Participate in the formation of the organization's strategy, making essential management decisions and ensuring their implementation in their area of responsibility;
Participate in the process of forming an attractive employer image, properly coordinate the activities of the department and ensure the effective work of the departments belonging to the department, develop the microclimate and culture of the Company.

Place of work Telšiai.

Higher education in the field of social sciences, law or human resources management;
Supervisory work experience in the fields of law or personnel management;
Very good knowledge of English/Russian, both spoken and written (at least C1 level);
Knowledge and ability to apply the Law of the Republic of Lithuania in practice;
Ability to independently plan, organize activities, choose work methods, evaluate the work of others;
Ability to independently make decisions, taking into account business interests and employee expectations;
Ability to ensure harmonious teamwork;
Skills in developing good interpersonal relationships and effective communication;
Honesty, responsibility, duty, initiative, energy, openness, positivity.
