Countline — a compliance competence transfer company operating for 28 years. Our training and products are used by accountants, lawyers and other specialists from most companies throughout Lithuania. We are a small team that is currently restructuring our business model and governance — so we are creating a new position for a person who will become the master of two areas: HR system and training content partnerships.
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT:
This is not a classic HR position or a lawyer's position. This is a hybrid expert role for someone who is too tight in one area:
- ~50% — personnel function: you will create and implement a personnel management system from the ground up — a performance appraisal cycle, development plans, a transparent compensation structure, an adaptation process. You will not support someone else's creation — you will build your own.
- ~50% — training content and lecturers: you will search for and attract expert lecturers, maintain long-term relationships with them, and contribute to the development of the quality of training topics and content.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- University legal education (Master's or integrated studies)
- At least 3 years of experience where labor law and personal data protection were part of daily work — not theory
- Experience in personnel management issues
- Ability to conduct sensitive conversations and maintain confidentiality — this is the foundation of the role
- Independence: you will work directly with the company's management, without detailed instructions
- Practical use of AI tools in daily work.
