STAFF COORDINATOR (S)

In this position you will:
- You will ensure effective management of employee search, selection, introduction and adaptation processes;
- You will actively participate in implementing and improving personnel processes, ensuring their smooth operation;
- You will take care of planning and organizing training needs;
- You will proactively participate in shaping the company's culture: you will contribute to organizing events, implement initiatives that would increase employee engagement;
- You will consult managers and employees on personnel management issues;
- You will prepare personnel documentation and administer office activities;
- You will proactively contribute to the team formation and development processes of the new factory in Jonava;
- Training will take place in Alytus (~1 month);
- Business trips to Alytus are expected (1-2 times/month).
We hope you:
- You have successful experience in administering and improving personnel management processes;
- You are open to innovations and want to implement modern personnel management practices,
- You are familiar with the legal acts regulating employment relations and have experience in the practical application of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania,
- You are able to work both individually and with various teams,
- You are diligent, attentive, have good time and work planning skills,
- You speak English (verbally and in writing),
- You have a category B driver's license and drive a car (visits to Alytus and Vilnius are expected).
