What awaits you at work?
- Search and selection of temporary workers for manufacturing and other business enterprises;
- Administration of employee recruitment processes: preparation of employment contracts, organization of briefings, management of personnel documentation, preparation of reports, accounting of working hours;
- Daily cooperation with clients (employing companies);
- Participation in making important decisions: labor market analysis, improvement of advertisements, etc.;
- Participation in company projects and decision-making processes;
- Office administrative work.
Our expectations:
- Experience in personnel, selection and/or office administration is an advantage;
- Higher or higher education;
- You are active, sociable, like to communicate and easily find a common language with different people;
- You like dynamic work, are not afraid of challenges and are able to solve problems effectively;
- You are able to work both independently and in a team;
- You communicate well and write correctly in Lithuanian;
- Knowledge of English and/or Russian is an advantage.
