Nature of work
Your main responsibilities:
- Strategic planning of driver rotations. You will plan the duration of driver trips, their changes and returns, ensuring that the employees needed by customers are assigned on time.
- Coordination of driver arrival and departure. You will coordinate the start and end dates of trips, organize a smooth change of employees.
- Constant contact with customers. You will communicate daily with partners in Sweden and Germany, coordinate employee needs, planned changes and other organizational issues.
- Communication with current and potential employees. You will present job offers, familiarize candidates with working conditions, answer questions and maintain contact with already working drivers.
- Long-term employee employment planning. You will assess customer needs and available employee resources, anticipate future changes and look for the most effective solutions.
- Operative solution to non-standard situations. I respond quickly to changing customer needs, driver absences, or changes in business trips, ensuring business continuity.
