Your responsibilities
⚡Coordination of rotations of employees working abroad - planning of trips, departures and returns;
⚡Organization of accommodation for employees and resolution of related issues;
⚡Continuous communication with employees, assistance to them and prompt resolution of daily situations;
⚡Supervision of working time accounting and systematization of information;
⚡Preparation, administration and maintenance of personnel documents;
⚡Collaboration with colleagues, ensuring smooth implementation of projects and personnel processes.

✅You have experience in personnel administration, coordination or a similar field;

✅You speak English well, and knowledge of Russian would be a great advantage;
