About this position:
You will contribute to the search and selection of temporary employees for various companies:
- communicate with candidates by phone, e-mail and other channels;
- publish and update job advertisements, monitor their effectiveness;
- select suitable candidates, arrange interviews and present them to responsible persons;
- manage personnel documents of selected candidates and employees;
- administer working time accounting and other personnel-related information;
- communicate with representatives of client companies on a daily basis;
- respond to practical questions regarding employee arrival, schedules, documents and other daily situations;
- contribute to decisions on how to attract candidates more effectively;
- after the probationary period, you will be able to get involved in the selection of higher-qualified employees.
