We are looking for someone who would like to improve their qualifications in the field of personnel selection and would be able to independently organize daily work.
This position is suitable for someone who likes to communicate, react quickly, deal with several different tasks at the same time and see a clear result of their work. This is a good opportunity to grow in the fields of personnel selection, administration and customer service.

About this position:

You will contribute to the search and selection of temporary employees for various companies:
  • communicate with candidates by phone, e-mail and other channels;
  • publish and update job advertisements, monitor their effectiveness;
  • select suitable candidates, arrange interviews and present them to responsible persons;
  • manage personnel documents of selected candidates and employees;
  • administer working time accounting and other personnel-related information;
  • communicate with representatives of client companies on a daily basis;
  • respond to practical questions regarding employee arrival, schedules, documents and other daily situations;
  • contribute to decisions on how to attract candidates more effectively;
  • after the probationary period, you will be able to get involved in the selection of higher-qualified employees.

We expect from you:

In this position, not only the desire to work in the field of personnel is important, but also the ability to work independently. You will need to be able to plan work, make daily decisions and responsibly manage information.

  • have experience working and are actively interested in the fields of personnel, selection or administration;
  • have acquired or are seeking to acquire higher education;
  • are organized, responsible and independent;
  • are able to prioritize and not miss important details;
  • know how to communicate clearly and professionally;
  • are not afraid to call candidates and actively seek solutions;
  • have good clerical and computer skills.
Knowledge of English and/or Russian would be an advantage.
