About the job position:
We are looking for a Staffing Manager who will be responsible for staffing business development, workforce planning and operational management.
This is a strategic management position that combines labor market analysis, candidate supply management, understanding customer needs, commercial decision-making and team coordination.
We are looking for someone who is able to make data-driven decisions, identify business opportunities and ensure smooth cooperation between sales, customer service and recruitment functions.

Main responsibilities:
🔸Lead the staffing business operations and ensure the implementation of operational goals;
🔸Directly manage the sales, customer service and selection team;
🔸Analyze the candidate supply by specialties, regions, work schedules and remuneration expectations;
🔸Identify the employee segments with the highest potential and market opportunities;
🔸Form business development directions and sales priorities based on the analysis of the labor market and candidate supply;
🔸Make decisions on priority customer segments, regions and specializations;
🔸Ensure effective cooperation between the sales, customer service and selection teams;
🔸Manage performance indicators (KPI), plan capacities and ensure operational efficiency;
🔸Monitor trends in the labor market, remuneration and competitive environment;
🔸Prepare performance forecasts, analyses and recommendations for management;
🔸Initiate solutions for process improvement, automation and efficiency increase;
🔸Contribute to the implementation of the organization's growth strategy.

🔸Experience in staffing, temporary employment or personnel selection;
🔸Sales and customer service experience;
🔸Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on facts;
🔸Strong business acumen and commercial thinking;
🔸Ability to see the connection between labor market trends and business opportunities;
🔸Experience in managing multi-functional teams;
🔸Initiative, leadership and result orientation;
🔸Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
🔸Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian;
🔸English language knowledge at least B2 level.
