What are you going to do
- Assist the HR Manager with daily driver employment administration issues.
- Coordinate and resolve non-standard situations in employment relationships according to established guidelines, with the help of team members.
- Develop, improve and monitor relevant processes to achieve effective driver management in the company.
- Consult managers on employee management, sick leave and other related issues.
- Collect and analyze data and provide insights and reports.
What we expect from candidates
- 2-4 years of experience in personnel administration and labor relations (experience in the transport or logistics sector would be an advantage).
- Practical knowledge of Lithuanian labor law.
- Experience in administering and improving employee cycle processes in an organization.
- Experience in working with personnel management systems, preparing reports and data summaries.
- Fluent knowledge of Lithuanian and Russian and ability to communicate in English.
- Ability to independently plan, structure and prioritize one's work.
- Ability to work responsibly with confidential and sensitive information.
- Team spirit, initiative, promptness and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
