Human Resources Operations Manager (fixed-term contract)

Personnel management and legal compliance

• Formulate and implement personnel management policy, ensure its compliance with legal acts and organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with remuneration policy, labor law, occupational safety and health requirements.
• Ensure effective employee selection, internal communication and other personnel management processes.
• Optimize organizational processes, their interaction and workflow.

Employee training and competence development

• Create and improve the onboarding process.
• Create and improve the employee performance assessment process based on competencies and results.
• Organize on-the-job training, retraining and development of social and collaborative competencies.

Digitalization and data management

• Ensure the effectiveness of the document management architecture, the smoothness of electronic signature processes and effective data management.
• Initiate and coordinate solutions for process digitization, automation and robotization.
• Ensure an effective structure of information systems and databases.
• Coordinate the implementation of personal data protection requirements in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Procurement and supplier management

• Ensure the quality, transparency and compliance of procurement processes with the established requirements.
• Ensure effective management of purchase contracts and related documents.
• Cooperate with IT service providers to ensure a smooth process of employee induction and job preparation.
• Actively participate in the process of implementing cybersecurity measures, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the NIS2 Directive, initiate organizational changes and ensure the development and dissemination of necessary competencies.
