Head of Personnel Search and Selection

Selections and partnerships:

• You will clarify the need for employees with managers, prepare job advertisements, actively search for candidates through various channels, actively communicate by phone and in person with candidates, conduct interviews and coordinate the selection until the offer and agreement with the selected candidate.
• You will monitor the progress and results of selections, maintain clear communication with candidates and managers, and suggest more effective ways to attract candidates.

Personnel administration and process improvement

• You will prepare personnel documents, ensure their accuracy, timely preparation and compliance with legal acts.
• You will administer employee data and documents in personnel and document management systems, supervise the coordination and signing of documents, and ensure data confidentiality.
• You will contribute to the digitalization of personnel processes, the improvement of templates and workflows, and consult colleagues on daily personnel issues.

You have at least 3 years of experience in employee search and selection. Work experience in the public sector is a great advantage.
You have practical experience in personnel administration, you are well-versed in the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and are able to apply it in practice.
You have experience in attracting candidates (a very big advantage).
You are good at clerical work, which you apply in practice.
You have experience working with a document management system (an advantage).
You have a higher education. Education in human resources management, psychology or a related field is an advantage.
You have a good command of Lithuanian (we consider knowledge of other languages an advantage).
You are able to simultaneously manage several selections and other works, agree on priorities, meet deadlines and complete the work you have started.
You are oriented towards the quality of selections, good experience of candidates and employees and accuracy of data. You are able to notice, suggest and implement practical improvements.

2500-4000 EUR gross per month. We will agree on a specific offer based on your experience, competencies and independence.
