Our business world is projects that you later see live, driving past, so we are not looking for just any person for this team.
We are currently inviting a HR partner to the Vilnius office, who will become the link between people, processes and order. From the first interview with a candidate to the first day of work of a new colleague, from personnel documents to a smoothly functioning office - all this will be your space.
It is not important to us that you simply "keep order".
It is important to us that you notice where you are stuck, know how to improve, and are not afraid to implement it yourself.

Nature of work
- Introduction and adaptation of new employees.
- Smooth implementation of daily HR processes and their continuous improvement.
- Coordination and organization of employee benefits, holidays and other initiatives.
- Administration of personnel documents.
- Consulting on personnel issues.
- Participation in selections (as needed).
- Organization of internal and external training.
- Formation and organization of organizational culture.
Your experience and qualities:
- At least 4 years in the field of personnel.
- Able to find a common language with different people.
- Experience working with personnel accounting programs.
- You are attentive to details.
- Had to touch processes, training, organizing holidays.
