We will trust you:
- perform personnel data analytics – prepare reports, monitor indicators, provide insights to management for decision-making;
- develop, implement and administer reward and motivation systems, ensuring their competitiveness and fairness;
- coordinate and optimize shift work planning, ensuring effective allocation of human resources;
- organize and implement the search and selection process for employees of assigned departments;
- coordinate and improve the process of introducing and adapting new team members;
- administer personnel documents and advise managers on labor law issues;
- partner with colleagues in the company's departments, ensuring the functionality of HR processes and the balance of people's well-being and productivity;
- invite to initiate and participate in various projects related to the well-being of the company's people.
We believe you will do best if you:
- have a higher education (in human resources management, management, business and administration or similar field);
- communicate fluently in English.
- have accumulated at least 2 years of work experience in the field of personnel management;
- understand how document management processes and systems work;
- know the requirements of the Labor Code;
- are a positive, independent and responsible person;
- have experience working with the BSS program - it would be a great advantage.
