What are you going to do?

- You will be a reliable partner for managers and employees in personnel and labor law issues;
- You will organize employee search and selection processes;
- You will prepare and administer documents related to employment relations and ensure their compliance with legal acts;
- You will analyze personnel indicators, prepare reports and provide insights and suggestions for process improvement;
- You will cooperate with managers in planning employee needs and solving daily personnel management issues;
- You will participate in organizational changes, personnel projects and process improvement activities;
- You will contribute to the creation of a positive work environment and organizational culture;
- You will contribute to the creation of reward, motivation and employee welfare initiatives;
- I participated in the development and implementation of personnel policies and internal procedures.
