Personnel Partner in Šiauliai I Fixed-term 2-year employment contract

• You will identify the organization's competency development needs, develop and coordinate employee development programs, plan and implement internal and external training, in cooperation with internal trainers and external partners;
• You will organize and coordinate employee surveys, internal research, analyze results and provide insights;
• You will cooperate with managers on issues of people management, organizational development and employee experience;
• You will initiate innovative solutions that help improve personnel processes, employee experience and increase the efficiency of the department's activities;
• You will take care of increasing operational efficiency;
• You will contribute to strengthening the organization's culture and employee engagement initiatives;
• You will ensure the relevance, high-quality content and smooth implementation of internal events;
• You will be a direct support to the head of the HR department in implementing strategic and daily personnel projects.
