About the position:

JAGO Training Center invites a recruitment specialist to join our team. We are looking for an proactive, communicative and independent colleague who will actively search for new employees, establish contact with potential candidates and coordinate the selection processes. Your ability to interest candidates in job opportunities, effectively organize your activities and creatively seek solutions that help build a strong and professional team is important to us.

Nature of work:

  • You will actively search for new employees and lecturers for the company, using various candidate search channels.
  • You will contact potential candidates, present job opportunities and assess their motivation and suitability for the position.
  • You will organize job interviews, arrange their time and coordinate the selection process from the first contact to the decision-making.
  • You will maintain contact with candidates throughout the selection process and ensure smooth communication.
  • You will cooperate with the company's managers and team, clarify the need for employees and the requirements for candidates.
  • You will administer information and documentation related to the search and selection of employees.

  • You are able to independently plan your work, organize your time and achieve your goals.
  • You have experience in the field of employee search and selection or a strong motivation to improve in this area.
  • You boldly establish contact with strangers, are able to interest them in job opportunities and maintain professional communication.
  • You have excellent communication skills, are able to listen, ask the right questions and assess the suitability of candidates for the position.
  • You are proactive, persistent and are not afraid to actively search for candidates and call potential employees.
  • You work well with a computer, know how to use MS Office programs and are able to manage information neatly.
